All you have to do is enter specific data into the horse filter, and if you want to go into more detail, also use the Bloodline filter ( with max 4 horses )

The horse filter lets you select horses by: a specific sex (M/F), a specific age (all ages, from 1 to 3 years, from 3 to 5, from 5 to 10, from 10 to 15, and from 15 to 20), a specific color (all colors, grey, bay, black, or chestnut), or a specific breeder (if desired).
